WBMCC Buggy Blitz
Anticipating another popular championship this year, we've now opened pre-booking for entries to this year's West Bridgford Model Car Club Buggy Blitz indoor off-road championship. Series sponsorship will once again be provided by Schumacher Racing and PBM Racing will be running a track-side shop at each round.
The race venue remains at Bingham Leisure Centre on our 30m x 16m EOS carpet track, with the 6 race dates as follows:
20th October '18
17th November '18
15th December '18
19th January '19
16th February '19
16th March '19
Best 4 rounds will count towards the overall championship positions.
Race format will be 1x practice, 4x qualifying and 1x final as usual, with classes for 1/10 2WD buggies, 1/10 4wd buggies and also an additional class by request this year for 1/10 vintage buggies.
Control tyres will be Schumacher Cactus on the rear and any Schumacher rubber tyre on the front for 2WD and 4WD buggies. Vintage buggies can run any Schumacher rubber off road tyre. BRCA off road & electric board rules apply.
Entry fees remain unchanged (pay on the day): £12 per adult entry, £10 for an additional class and £10 for Juniors (u16).
