Schumacher GP Vila-real

This past weekend saw the Schumacher GP Vila-real take place at the Club Nitro 15 circuit.
This is the second on-road GP to be run in Spain this year, after the first GP in Barcelona in May.
The race was held over Saturday and Sunday, but unfortunately heavy rain on the Saturday led to very little on track action and persuaded several racers to stay home.
On Sunday morning the drivers were greeted with Sunshine, and the race was able to go ahead.

In the Stock touring category, it would be Carles Echarri with the win, from the Schumacher of Guillem Diaz and team mate Vicente Martin who would complete the podium.
The Schumacher team put in a strong showing, filling more than half of the A final positions.

In F1, Carles Echarri completed a successful weekend, taking the victory from Tony Mur.
