Price wins his first BRCA National

27 May 2014

Long time Schumacher driver Colin Price has won his first BRCA National at the huge Halifax Circuit in the North of England this weekend.
Unfortunately the UK weather took hold this weekend with differing levels of dampness and full blown wet! It was a dominant performance by the two Schumacher drivers Colin Price and Chris Grainger who were the class of the field in the wet conditions.  Their Mi5's looked super smooth and easy to drive in the tricky Halifax conditions.  Chris took the TQ from Colin and Olly Jefferies' Xray after the 5 rounds of qualifying.

Small mistakes in the tricky conditions in leg 1 and 3 of the finals allowed Colin to get past Chris as they both drove away from the field.  Colin drove perfectly all weekend to take his first National win. Matt White was also in the main with his Mi5 finishing in 8th.
